LYNN – Lynn Police arrested a woman Saturday in connection with an armed carjacking in Concord earlier this month, Lt. Dave Brown said Sunday.Rishelle Whitcomb, who has listed addresses in Lynn and Salisbury, was arrested by Lynn Police Sgt. Edward Nardone, Lt. Peter Holey and Detective Ross Panacopoulos on a Concord District Court warrant for charges of armed carjacking and assault and battery, Brown said, as well as a Concord warrant charging her with felony breaking and entering in the daytime, malicious destruction of property and improper use of a credit card.Brown had no further information on the additional charges.Whitcomb, 23, allegedly stole a car in Concord on January 10, after threatening to stab the female driver with a hypodermic needle, according to Saugus Police, who found the stolen brown Hyundai Elantra on Hull Drive the next day.?Sgt.
