SAUGUS – Saugus Police arrested a Gloucester woman and charged her with her third drunken-driving arrest after she crashed into another car that was driving behind a police cruiser, according to police reports.Judge Albert Conlon ordered Holly Ryan, 39, of 90 Concord St. #2, Gloucester, held without bail at Framingham Jail during a hearing in Lynn District today after she was charged with OUI, OUI drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of a Class B drug, resisting arrest, attempt to commit a crime and having an open container in her vehicle.Saugus Police allegedly found an open bottle of Chardonnay in Ryan’s car, according to the report, and Ryan told police, “What are you trying to do?take advantage of a drunk girl?,” after being taken into custody.Read the complete story in Friday’s Daily Item.
