LYNN – A Lynn woman who allegedly broke into a Lynn home, stole personal items and then insisted to the home?s owner that the house belonged to her posted $500 bail in Lynn District Court last week, according to court records, but the home?s owner said her release doesn?t concern him at all.?The system is what it is,” Tony Timmons said Wednesday. “I?m not concerned or in any fear.”Wanda Christiansen, 47, of 19 Market Square #5, was arrested and charged with felony daytime breaking and entering and larceny over $250 earlier this month and posted bail last week following an arraignment.Timmons came home with his 2-year-old son on Jan. 18 after dropping another child off at school to find Christiansen in his bedroom, her purse and pockets filled with stolen personal items, mostly belonging to Timmons? mother in-law.?I?m just moving on from it and I just assume it?s in the past and that?s it,” Timmons said, but his father, Basil Timmons, disagreed.?It?s my opinion she shouldn?t have been let out,” he said.According to a Lynn Police incident report, Christiansen stole numerous bracelets, a check book, a Kodak camera and personal documents, including social security cards, belonging to Timmons? family, and had recently been discharged from Union Hospital, two blocks from the residence.She is due back in court for a pre-trial hearing on Feb. 14.Taylor Provost can be reached at [email protected].
