LYNN – Marblehead psychiatrist Christopher Palacios must not contact his wife and must stay away from the home they shared under a restraining order extension granted to the woman Wednesday by a District Court judge.Town police charged Palacios, 36, with rape and assault and battery on his wife at their home on Feb. 22 and she took out a restraining order against him that day. Judge Stacey Fortes White extended the order on Wednesday through Sept. 7 under mutual agreement by attorneys for both spouses.”My client is relieved the order was extended for her safety and the safety of her children,” said Raymond, N.H. attorney Jorel Booker.
