Leading the 69-boat field was Jed Bell (Blue) of Hingham Yacht Club with a total of 13 points. At second was Caleb Robinson (Blue) of Portland Yacht Club with 14 points; and in third was Nicole Torrie (Red), also of Pleon, with 15.In the Open Bic class, with an 8-boat field, four races were scored. Leading the way was Zack Magee, Eastern Point Yacht Club, with a total of four points. In second with 11 points was Emma Bushman of Pleon. Two sailors are tied for third with 16 points: Brian Digiovanni, Eastern Point, and Charlie Bushman, Pleon.In the Laser class, with a 3-boat field, three races were scored. Atop the standings was Benjamin Cohen, Hull Yacht Club, with four points. In second was Erik McCaffrey, Quannapowitt Yacht Club, five points; and in third was Eric Morrison, Agamenticus YC, with nine points.The Laser Radial class featured a 33-boat field and saw three races scored. Leading the standings was Bryce Andreasen (Smythe) of Pleon with eight points. Fellow Pleon member Matthew Safford (Smythe) is in second with 10 points and Jake Rizika (Smythe) of Wianno Yacht Club is in third with 13 points.The Laser 4.7 class includes 10 boats. Three races were scored on Monday and after day one, it was Nicole Busa, Agamenticus Yacht Club, in first with four points; Kyle Easton of Jubilee Yacht Club in second with eight points; and Mitchell Busa, also of Agamenticus, in third with 12 points.In the 420 Green class, 35 boats entered the competition and three races were scored. After day one, the leaders were Alden Haverly and Nick Senich of East Bay Sailing, with four points. In second was the duo of Michael Houllahan and Michael Yorsz, Winchester Boat Club, five points. In third were Rachel Foster and Jennifer Casey, both of Pleon, with 11 points.The 420 Champ class saw 45 boats compete and four races get scored. Atop the standings after day one were Sara Klik (Brenton Cove Racing Team) and Kate Nota (Sail Newport) with 15 points. In second were Peter Thibodeau and Grace Papp, Annisquam Yacht Club, 18 points; and in third were Clayton Sasaki and Anna Morin, Portland Yacht Club, 21 points.The Opti Yellow class was a 36-boat field with three races scored, and coming out ahead after day one was Zoe Ting (Blue) of SBYC with four points. At second was Emma Brophy, MSA, 11 points; and in third was William Poss (White), Pleon, 12 points.The Opti Purple class also saw 36 boats compete and three races get scored. Leading the standings following day one was Pleon sailor Will Hancock (White) with eight points.
