SWAMPSCOTT – The condominium project known as Concordia on is on schedule, with five units already sold according to project developer Barry Turkanis of Parturk LLC.Turkanis said the condominium replacing Cap?n Jack?s Waterfront Inn at 253 Humphrey St. should be occupied by July 1, 2013, aligning with the project?s original completion goal of mid-2013.?It?s going great,” said Turkanis. “All the steelwork should completed by the end of this month.”The project will begin framing and closing the building in at the beginning of next month, and Turkanis said the building will be weather-tight by December so workers can finish the work inside.Five of the 15 projected units are already sold.
