LYNN — Police said they are investigating a shooting in the Highlands Sunday night that left damage to property but no injuries.
“No arrests have been made and right now there is no suspect information to be given out at this point,” Lynn Police Lt. Christopher Kelly said Monday afternoon. “The incident is under investigation and we’re looking into some possible leads. It does not appear to be random at this point.”
Several units of Lynn Police responded to reports of gunshots on High Rock Street at 11:26 p.m. Sunday, Kelly said. He said that nobody was hurt in the incident, but there was evidence of multiple shots fired into a home on the street.
He said that the Criminal Investigations Division reviewed the scene and was investigating the incident.
