SAUGUS — Saugus selectmen Tuesday night were to hold a long round as the board received 20 applications for various town boards.
Seven people sent in resumes or letters of interest for the Saugus Library Board of Trustees. The applicants included Debra Dion Faust, Irene J. Jones, Michael Bluette, Robert Cox, Kimberly Lovett, Joseph Dennis Gould and Marion R. Donahue.
Two residents, Stacey Herman and William Stewart, applied for appointments to the board of trustees for the Saugus Affordable Housing Trust. Current members Janet Leuci, Stephen Rich and Cox are seeking reappointment.
Paul Arinello and Gould are seeking reappointment to the cemetery commission while Nicholas W. Melanchook, William R. Jones and Stephen R. Rocco are looking for first-time appointments.
Lastly, selectmen also were to interview for appointments to the cable television commission. Christopher Peatridge, Janice Jarosz and James Ravago, all current members of the Saugus Community Television Station Board of Directors, submitted letters of interest.
