SAUGUS — A skunk tested positive for rabies after it was dropped off at the Saugus Animal Hospital on Tuesday, according to a press release from Public Health Director Frank Giacalone and Canine Control Officer Harold Young.
The last known location of the skunk was Breakheart Reservation, said the release.
The release urges anyone who may have come in contact with the skunk or have pets that may have been in contact to call the Department of Public Health at 617-983-6800.
