SAUGUS – Selectman Julie Mitchell accused selectman Stephen Horlick of yelling at her and intimidating her after Monday night?s Town meeting.?(When speaking at Town Meeting) Selectman Horlick said some things I didn?t agree with ?” said Mitchell, during Tuesday?s selectmen meeting. “I approached him after the meeting, and stepped outside and asked (Selectmen Chairman Michael Serino) to come with me ? I was very upset by the way Mr. Horlick treated me. He yelled at me and was very intimidating.”Mitchell said she was “very, very upset and very intimidated last night.”?We?re a board trying to get together and trying to become one,” said Mitchell. “Every time I turn around I?m getting a dig from selectman Horlick ? I don?t like anyone thinking they could bully me.”Horlick said he was on his way out of Town Hall and in a rush and didn?t have time to answer Mitchell?s questions Monday.?Selectman Mitchell said I have to talk to you right now and I said it?s 10 o?clock ?” said Horlick. “I kept saying I have to leave ? I was three or four stairs in front of her ? I just couldn?t answer her questions and I didn?t have the time to do this. I had to leave, that?s why I couldn?t answer her questions.”In other business, selectmen approved a transfer of an all alcoholic license and entertainment license from Evos Group to EKB Corporation, which is owned by Elaine K. Byrne, to operate Sully C?s Bar and Grill on Route 1.Attorney George Gregor said Suleyman Celimli will remain in place as manager until Byrne gains more experience.?She is still spending her time up there and is waiting to come forward to ask to be the manager when she finishes her training,” said Gregor. “Mr. Celimli has agreed to remain on site until such time she completes the adequate training to become a manager ? She?s a reputable person”Gregor also requested a change of hours to remain open until 1 a.m.Selectman Debra Panetta said she was concerned about later hours affecting the neighborhood, but Gregor noted “this is not going to be a nightclub, there?s just TV to watch.?She just wants to be able to handle her people when there?s a game,” he said.Saugus Police Sgt.
