REVERE – A Lynnfield man was arrested for assault Sunday morning after allegedly threatening people at a strip club with a pellet gun and what victims believed to be a knife, police said.Robert P. Marley, 54, of 18 Lakeview Drive, Lynnfield, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon; disorderly conduct; assault with a dangerous weapon, two counts; and violating a city knife ordinance; at 12:05 a.m. Sunday.Police responded to the Squire Lounge on Squire Road at 12:05 a.m. Sunday on the report of assault, according to the Revere Police Log.Lt. Michael McLaughlin said Sunday that there was a report of a fight at the nightclub involving three alleged victims and Marley. He said the incident is still under investigation, but Marley appears to have stuck a pellet gun against a person and then yelled threats. The alleged victims believed that Marley had a knife but there were no victims cut, no shots fired or serious injury at all, McLaughlin said.
