Massachusetts State Police Sgt. Sean Murphy, right, a tactical photographer, and his son Connor Patrick Murphy, arrive at State Police Headquarters for his hearing to determine his duty status after he released images of the arrest of the Boston Marathon bombing suspect, in Framingham Tuesday. Following a status hearing at state police headquarters, Murphy was placed on desk duty, where he won’t have contact with the public, until a further investigation is completed, according to state police spokesman David Procopio.
