LYNN

Arrests

Charles Munzing, 60, of 12 Bates St. #1, Revere, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute Class A drugs, subsequent offense; possession with intent to distribute Class B drugs; subsequent offense; possession of Class B drugs; and a warrant; on Tuesday.

Shirley Bernard, 57, of 131 Ocean St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon; and domestic assault and battery; at 11:04 a.m. Tuesday.

Tony Lature, 40, of 24 Sherman St., Peabody, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense; at 4:45 a.m. Wednesday.

David Lucien, 41, of 121 High Rock St. #2, was arrested and charged with violation of a city knife ordinance at 4:45 a.m. Wednesday.

Barbara Goudard, 23, of 529 Lincoln St. #1, Saugus, was arrested and charged with violation of a city knife ordinance; at 4:45 a.m. Wednesday.

Darby Driscoll, 46, homeless, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a glass window; assault and battery; and malicious destruction of property +$250; at 11:35 a.m. Wednesday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 1:57 p.m. Tuesday at 780 Lynnway; at 4:02 p.m. Tuesday at 269 Union St.; at 8:17 p.m. Tuesday at 210 Market St.; at 8:39 a.m. Wednesday at Eastern Avenue and Superior Street; and at 9:05 a.m. Wednesday at 15 Boston St.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 3:26 p.m. Tuesday at 577 Walnut St.; at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday at Eastern and Western avenues; and at 9:20 p.m. Tuesday at 36 Newhall St.

Assaults

A report of an assault and battery at 2:52 p.m. Tuesday on Allen Avenue; and at 9:46 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Ocean Street.

A report of a sexual assault at 3:59 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Essex Street.

A report of an assault at 9:18 p.m. Tuesday on Green Street.

A report of an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 11:07 a.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of Western Avenue.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a past breaking and entering of a motor vehicle at 10:56 a.m. Wednesday at 26 Lawton Ave.

Suspicious Activity

A report of a prowler at 9:03 p.m. Tuesday at 97 Eutaw St.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle hit-and-run accident at 10:29 a.m. Tuesday at Pleasant and Maverick streets.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:14 p.m. Tuesday on Pleasant Street.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism of a motor vehicle at 2:07 p.m. Tuesday on Cheever Avenue.

PEABODY

Arrests

Alesandro Mendez, 29, of 47 Collin St. #4, Lynn, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery; at 4:21 p.m. Tuesday.

Anthony Son, 38, of 42B Greenwood Road, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery; at 10:43 p.m. Tuesday.

Stefan James Kenehan-Letizia, 27, of 10 Myrtle St. #3, Beverly, was arrested and charged with nighttime felony breaking and entering; and receiving stolen property +$250; at 3:41 a.m. Wednesday.

Alexandre C. Coura, 33, of 74 Tremont St. B, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; at 10:59 a.m. Wednesday.

A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident at 3:58 p.m. Tuesday on Littles Lane.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 5:20 p.m. Tuesday at Boston Children’s North on Centennial Drive; at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Hess on Lowell Street; at 6:57 p.m. Tuesday at Northshore Mall on Andover Street; at 6:54 a.m. Wednesday at Building Supplies Outlet on Webster Street; at 7:19 a.m. Wednesday at Ellsworth Road and Hunt Street; at 7:51 a.m. Wednesday at Lowell and Endicott streets; and at 8:17 a.m. Wednesday at 151 Lowell St.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism to a motor vehicle at 7:02 a.m. Wednesday at 2 Mt. Vernon St.

REVERE

Arrests

Mariaelena Cincotti, 31, of 6 Adams Court, was arrested and charged with Class E possession, two counts, and shoplifting, third offense, on Monday at 4:42 p.m.

Antonio Molina, 39, of 56 Beachland Ave. Apt. 2, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, two counts, witness intimidation, two counts, and property destruction on Tuesday at 11:56 p.m.

SAUGUS

Arrest

Amarildo Araujo, of 25 Thorndike St. rear, Everett, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; at 12:48 p.m. Tuesday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident with injuries at 8:32 a.m. Tuesday at Newhall and Wendell streets.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 9:26 a.m. Tuesday near Gospel Hall on Walnut Street; at 3:02 p.m. Tuesday at 266 Broadway; and at 5:18 p.m. Tuesday at McDonalds on Broadway.

Suspicious Activity

A report of a male passing suspected counterfeit money and then fleeing into the woods at 8:12 p.m. Tuesday at Kohl’s on Broadway. Officers report unable to locate suspect.

A Patel Drive resident reported at 7:04 a.m. Wednesday that items were strewn about her street that are too nice to be trash and are suspected to be stolen. Officer reports items may be related to alleged counterfeit incident at Kohls.
