LYNN

Arrests

Joshua Collins, 33, of 33 Cherry St. #1; was arrested and charged with open and gross lewdness; at 11:55 a.m. Thursday.

Lauren McCarthy, 27, of 15 Hancock St., Peabody, was arrested and charged with daytime felony breaking and entering; at 10:30 a.m. Thursday.

Shauna Iudice, 26, homeless, was arrested and charged with daytime felony breaking and entering; and possession of Class B drugs, subsequent offense; at 10:30 a.m. Thursday.

Kenneth Rudolph, 51, of 145 Lewis St. #26, was arrested and charged with violating a city open-container ordinance; at 12:24 p.m. Thursday.

A report of a motor vehicle hit-and-run accident at 9:20 p.m. Wednesday at Eastern and Western avenues.

Assaults

A report of an assault and battery at 12:13 p.m. Wednesday on W. Baltimore Street; and at 10:14 a.m. Thursday on Commercial Street.

A report of a rape at 12:54 a.m. Thursday on Empire Street.

A report of an assault with a dangerous weapon at 1:16 a.m. Thursday on the 500 block of Western Avenue.

A report of an assault at 2:21 p.m. Wednesday on Farrar Street.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a past breaking-and-entering of a motor vehicle at 12:18 p.m. Wednesday at 312 Union St.

A report of a past breaking and entering at 6:13 p.m. Wednesday at 12 New Park St. Fl. 2; and at 7:24 p.m. Wednesday at 53 Cherry St.

Fire

A report of vandalism to a motor vehicle at 1:06 p.m. Wednesday at 116 Western Ave. #2; and at 10:51 a.m. Thursday on Central Avenue.

PEABODY

Arrest

Guy A. Morgan, 30, of 24 Clippership Lane, E. Boston, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250; at 8 p.m. Wednesday.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 3:37 p.m. Wednesday at Town Variety on Central Street; at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Boston Children’s North on Centennial Drive; at 5:36 p.m. Wednesday at Lowell and Newbury streets; at 6:18 p.m. Saturday at 99 Washington St.; and at 6:19 p.m. Wednesday at Friendly’s on Andover Street.

Arrest

Arrest

Guillermo Ordones-Ochoa, 33, of 139 Lawton Ave., Lynn, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; and failure to use care backing up; on Thursday.

SAUGUS

Arrest

Ryan M. Shepard, of 26 Waban St., was arrested and charged with nighttime felony breaking and entering of a vehicle; disorderly conduct; and malicious destruction of property +$250; at 10:48 p.m. Wednesday.

Vandalism
