LYNN

Arrests

Dennis Lacasse, 58, of 8 Chase St. #19, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, a knife; and threats; at 4:30 p.m. Monday.

William Green, 46, of 13 Beaudry Terrace, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license; at 5:30 p.m. Monday.

Wayne Then, 26, of 45 Ward St., Salem, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery, two counts; and larceny over $250; at 8:35 p.m. Monday.

Sheila Kelley, 43, of 70 Granite St., was arrested and charged with malicious destruction of property +$250; at 8:15 p.m. Monday.

Milton Lopez, 23, of 61 Hanover St., was arrested and charged with paying for sexual conduct; disorderly conduct; and trespassing; at 9 p.m. Monday.

Jennifer Torrance, 33, of 66 South Elm St., was arrested and charged with trespassing; sexual conduct for a fee; and a warrant; at 9 p.m. Monday.

Santiago Vasquez, 41, homeless, was arrested and charged with an open-container violation; resisting arrest; and trespassing at 3 p.m. Monday.

Joshua Cahill, 21, of 51 River St., was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Nelson Moscone, 57, of 106 Newhall St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct; at 11:44 a.m. Tuesday.

Sheree Price, 37, of 63 Memorial Park, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; a revoked registration; operating an uninsured motor vehicle; and a warrant; on Tuesday.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 3:21 p.m. Monday at 483 Chatham St.; at 5:37 p.m. Monday at 109 Memorial Park Ave.; at 7:33 p.m. Monday at Beacon Hill Avenue and Washington Street; and at 9:07 p.m. Monday at Spencer Street and Western Avenue.

A report of a motor vehicle hit-and-run accident at 8:52 a.m. Tuesday on S. Common Street.

Assaults

A report of an assault with a dangerous weapon at 3:37 p.m. Monday on Chase Street.

A report of an assault and battery at 6:04 p.m. Monday on Warren Street; and at 6:47 a.m. Tuesday on Light Street.

A report of a sexual assault at 6:37 p.m. Monday on Lewis Street.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a past breaking and entering at 12:49 p.m. Monday at 52 Fayette St.; and at 1:03 p.m. Monday at 2 Brightwood Terrace.

A report of a past breaking and entering of a motor vehicle at 2:21 p.m. Monday at 138 S. Common St.; and at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at 41 Lake Ave.

Complaints

A report of obscene telephone calls at 1:02 p.m. Monday on Mall Street.

Fire

A report of a fire at 8:12 p.m. Monday at Bradford Road and Lynnfield Street.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism to a motor vehicle at 2:52 p.m. Monday at 1 Chestnut St.; at 3:47 p.m. Monday at 10 Farrar St.; and at 7:37 p.m. Monday at 70 Granite St. #28.

A report of vandalism at 7:50 p.m. Monday on Centre Street.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 3:14 p.m. Monday at Cornell Road and West Shore Drive.

Suspicious Activity

An Ocean Avenue caller reported at 10:28 p.m. Monday she was at the beach about a half hour earlier and saw a young girl with red hair walking an older male with a dog leash and the two were speaking Russian to each other.

Arrest

Robert P. Goodrich, 25, of 41 Pine St. #9, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery; and larceny under $250; at 6:51 p.m. Monday.
