CHELSEA – Prosecutors say the victim of a murder in Revere over the weekend was stabbed 69 times, and the allegation sent a man seated with the victim’s family lunging for the defendant in court Monday morning.A recess was called for 10 minutes in Chelsea District Court while officers restored order. Three officers were needed to subdue the man, who was arrested. His identity was not immediately available. One court officer was being treated for what are believed to be minor injuries as a result of the fracas.Police say Peter J. Deconinck, 46, killed Ronald Russo, 50, of Winthrop at a mobile home park in Revere Saturday night.Deconinck pleaded not guilty Monday in Chelsea District Court. His case was continued to Sept. 26.
