CHELSEA – A courtroom erupted in chaos and two court officers were injured Monday when a man tried to attack his brother’s alleged murderer after a prosecutor revealed details of a grisly killing at a Revere mobile home park.”(The homicide victim’s brother) explained he emotionally lost control after hearing his brother was stabbed 69 times and brutally murdered over the weekend,” Chelsea Police Officer John Bruttaniti wrote in a police report. “(He) further stated he was very remorseful that officers were injured during this incident. (He) appeared very distraught and repeatedly apologized.”The incident occurred during the arraignment of Peter J. DeConinck on charges related to the killing of Ronald Russo, 50, of Winthrop.DeConinck, 46, of Revere, was arrested and charged with threat to commit crime; disorderly conduct; and murder; on Saturday. He was arraigned in Chelsea District Court Monday morning and a not guilty plea was entered on his behalf.Police responded to a trailer park on Revere Beach Parkway at 8:26 p.m. Saturday and found Russo lying on the floor inside a blood-spattered mobile home with a knife in his hand, according to a statement by Suffolk County District Attorney Daniel F. Conley. Russo was pronounced dead at the scene.Police found DeConinck at the Beachmont MBTA station. DeConinck was shirtless and bleeding from his mouth and leg, was staggering and it was “immediately apparent” that he had been in a fight, according to a report by Revere Police Officer Michael Mullen. Police said DeConinck began to be “threatening and violent,” and had to be restrained to be taken to the hospital for his injuries. DeConinck initially told police he had been shot in Everett, Assistant District Attorney Masai King told the courtroom Monday. But the resident of the trailer where Russo was found told police he, Russo, and DeConinck were drinking when Russo became loud, obnoxious and aggressive, according to a report by Revere Police Officer Louis LaRosa. The alleged witness told police both Russo and DeConinck began swinging at each other with knives, according to court documents. The alleged witness reported he left to get a drink and next saw DeConinck walking to Revere Beach Parkway.”(The alleged witness) reported that he asked DeConinck where (Russo) was at which time DeConinck stated, “Don’t worry about (Russo), go to the beach,” LaRosa reported.Police reported some inconsistencies in the alleged witness’ statements about how long he had been at the trailer, however, and noted the man had blood on his shirt, according to LaRosa’s report.Police reported recovering from the scene two separate knives, bloody footprints consistent with shoes worn by DeConinck and the alleged victim, and a bloody T-shirt believed to belong to DeConinck.King summarized some of these facts during DeConinck’s arraignment Monday. Then he told the court that investigators determined Russo had been stabbed 69 times.A woman sitting among the victim’s family members gasped and cries broke out before a loud crash.Three court officers rushed to subdue a man – later identified as the deceased’s brother, Thomas Russo – who had rushed to the front of the courtroom and lunged at DeConinck as he stood in the prisoner’s dock. The proceedings halted as members of the audience stood to see what was happening. Several of the alleged victim’s family members and friends got up to try and calm Thomas Russo and followed as court officers pushed him out of the courtroom. The arraignment resumed about 10 minutes later and King requested that DeConinck be held without bail. King said DeConinck told police he didn’t kill anybody. But King also noted DeConinck’s record included approximately 20 defaults, prior committed time and a history of violence.Court-appointed Defense Attorney James Greenberg said he was unprepared to argue bail at the time as he had filed motions for discovery of evidence. He requested DeConinck be held without prejudice and said DeConinck “adamant
