LYNN – Jake Keo will face Dianna Chakoutis in the Nov. 5 election following an hour-long vote recount Monday that preserved the preliminary election five-vote margin separating Keo and candidate Seth Albaum.?We?ll work hard and make it a close race,” said Keo.Their close finish in the Sept. 17 Ward 5 election prompted Albaum to ask for a recount, but vote totals for Keo and Albaum remain unchanged following Monday?s City Hall recount.Chakoutis picked up three votes to bring her preliminary election total to 379.
