The roommate said Bohan said she was fine with leaving but needed to call a friend to pick her up, according to the police. Two mutual friends of the women arrived.”Knowing both parties, [The alleged victim] didn’t think much of them entering her house,” Holey reported. “However, as soon as entry was gained [the alleged victim] stated Marco Collins produced a large, black hand gun?”Collins allegedly pistol-whipped the alleged victim. Bohan and another woman, identified as Elease Davis, held the alleged victim to the floor and beat her, according to police. The suspects then stole the alleged victim’s purse which had $5,785 in cash, savings bonds, a Kindle, iPad and three cell phones, according to police.”It also should be noted the victim told the officer that the money stolen was money that was going to be used to bury her mother who had passed away last week,” police said.Police reported the alleged victim had cuts on her face and chin. Officers also reported the alleged victim told police the suspects called and threatened her after officers left the scene.Police issued warrants for Bohan, Davis and Collins, charging each with armed robbery; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a hand gun; and witness intimidation, according to court records.Davis was ordered held on $2,000 cash bail when arraigned on the charges in Lynn District Court on Sept. 4. Davis pleaded not guilty to the charges in federal court on Oct. 8 and was released on a $25,000 personal surety bond. She is next scheduled to appear in federal court on Nov. 20.A judge issued a warrant for Collins after he defaulted on an Oct. 15 court date.Bohan, however, was arrested after police responded to a fight involving two men and two women at the corner of Essex and Washington streets Tuesday afternoon. Officers reported traffic was stopped in the intersection, as the involved parties had been fighting in the middle of the street. Captain Christopher Reddy reported seeing Brittany punching another man.Police said Bohan gave a false name at booking, which was confirmed when officers checked her fingerprints and noted her tattoos corresponded with those of Brittany Bohan, who had four active warrants. Two of the three other individuals in the argument were each charged with disorderly conduct; the third was charged with disorderly conduct and possession of Class B drugs.Essex Assistant District Attorney Emily Mello requested Wednesday in Lynn District Court that Bohan’s bail be revoked on a prior case.
