LYNN – Police are seeking two suspects who police say broke into a South Common Street home Saturday morning and held a man at gunpoint while robbing the residence.Lynn Police Lt. Rick Donnelly described the first suspect as a black male, approximately 6 feet 3 inches tall. The second suspect was described as a tall Hispanic with dark skin, according to police. Donnelly said both suspects were dressed in dark clothing and wearing masks.Police responded to a South Common Street address at approximately 12:14 a.m. Saturday on the report of a home invasion. The alleged victim, a 29-year-old man, told police that two suspects kicked in the door to the front porch of the home and forced the victim to lay face down on the floor, according to police. The first suspect allegedly had a gun. Police said the suspects then rummaged through two bedrooms, taking various valuables.The suspects allegedly fled to the rear parking lot of St. George’s Church and got into a red motor vehicle parked on Blossom Street.Donnelly said a young child may have been in the apartment at the time of the incident.
