The Classical swim team swam at home against Revere Tuesday and dominated the meet against the Patriots, winning, 93-68.First place finishers for the Rams were: 200 medley relay (Kevin Chasse, Cameron Marcinko, Brian Nelson and Joshua Page, 2:12.12); 200 free relay (Luigi Genau, Nelson, Craig Mordaunt, Anthony Ong, 1:53.12) and 400 free relay (Erinn Daly, Dhimo Bitri, Ong and Chasse, 4:16.66.Individually, double winners Nelson (200 IM in 2:28.50; and 100 breaststroke, 1:11.31) and Allysha Dunnigan (100 fly, 1:15.91 and 100 back, 1:15.16).Also: Daly, 200 free, 2:08.10 and Bobby Choquette, diving, 148.20 were winners.Arl. AC took the 200 free, but Fenwick’s Carson Christuk won the 200 IM (with a state qualifying time) 2:03.41. to tie the meet at 23 points. Carson’s brother, freshman Connor Christuk won the 50 Freestlye with a :25.25 to give the crusaders a 2-point lead.ACtook the next two events, 100 butterfly and 100 fresstyle, but freshman Connor Christuk won again, in the 500 freestyle with a state qualifying time 5:15.97. Fenwick took the next event, the 200 Freestyle Relay 1:56.57, (Capt Linsey Andrews, Pablo Jimenez, Nicole DiMegilo and Carson Christuk), tying the meet once again at 62 points.AC took the 100 backstroke, but Fenwick’s Carson Christuk took the 100 breast with a state qualifying time of 1:01.66. Again typing the meet at 78.It all came down to the final relay.
