LYNN – Denise Anderson said she felt like Dorothy in “The Wizard of Oz” Monday morning when a car crashed into 122 Walnut St., feet away from her ground-floor bedroom.
Responding police officers found the Isuzu Trooper’s driver outside his vehicle, according to Police Lt. Richard Donnelly, who said the 57-year-old Lynn resident sustained “non life-threatening” injuries.
Donnelly said an initial investigation indicated the Trooper was struck from the rear by a Honda Civic while the driver attempted to make a left turn onto Robinson.
Donnelly said the Civic’s 19-year-old driver was not injured.
