LYNN – Two teenage men were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries Tuesday afternoon after allegedly being stabbed during an incident across from the Lynn Tech Annex building, police said.Police had taped off an area at the corner of Vine and Summer streets, across the street from the Lynn Technical Vocational Institute Annex, and Lynn Police Lt. Rick Donnelly said the actual incident occurred when a group gathered at this location at approximately 4 p.m. Tuesday.He said that an ambulance, however, picked up the alleged victims – whom Donnelly identified as two men in their mid-to-late teens – when flagged down in the area of Washington and Franklin streets.Donnelly said the youths suffered non-life-threatening injuries, but were taken to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston as a precautionary measure. He said no arrests had been made as of approximately 4:45 p.m. Tuesday and the incident remained under investigation.
