LYNN ? There will no parking allowed on Hamilton Avenue from Lawton Avenue to Rock Avenue between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Wednesday while the Department of Public Works readies the roadway for resurfacing.Parking will also be banned on the one-way portion of Lawton Avenue from High Rock to Essex Street on Thursday and from Linden Terrace from Western Avenue to the dead end also on Thursday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. while DPW grinds the street for resurfacing.
