LYNN ? Authorities have identified the man whose body washed ashore Tuesday afternoon on the beach by the Nahant Rotary.
A spokesperson from the Essex District Attorney’s Office said the deceased is Eric W. Medoff, 54, of Swampscott.The body was taken to the office of the chief medical examiner for an autopsy but the death does not appear to be suspicious, according to district attorney spokesman Steve O’Connell.
