Maura Lanza had reached on a dripped third strike and Kelly Swanson on an error to load the bases for Ali Scarfo, who got a hit to bring in two runs. The Vikings scored a run in the second on a suicide squeeze and one in the third on a wild pitch for a 5-1 lead.Swampscott scored a run in the first and two in the sixth. Hannah Leahy led off the sixth with a home run and the Big Blue had another run come in on a groundout.Maura Lanza went the distance for the win, allowing six hits, four runs, one earned, and striking out six.
