Summer doesn’t start for another week, but that doesn’t stop the folks at St. Joseph’s Parish, who are inviting everyone to their annual Summer Festival on Saturday and Sunday, with a special pitch to all the dads out there.There will the Christian music and entertainment, games, and food and desserts from the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Puerto Rico and Colombia.Here’s the Rundown of other events brought to you by LynnHappens.com:1. Caribbean Festival at the Lynn Museum, 12 to 4pm at 590 Washington Street with food, music, games, steelpan workshop with Crystal PanJammers Youth Steel Orchestra, Caribbean folk songs by Julio Bare, Cultura Latina Dance Acadamy,Zion Baptist Inspirational Youth Choir, and a multimedia presentation by Ronald Lammy of Caribbean musical genres.2. GROUNDED: An Exhibition of Modern Street Photography at Visionspace Gallery, 16 City Hall Square, 6 to 9pm.
