LYNN – A judge ordered a city man to not contact a local woman to whom the man allegedly sent photoshopped pornographic pictures via Facebook.”(The alleged victim) states the final photo was distorted in an obscene manner,” Lynn Police Officer Robert Deveau wrote in a report.Andrey Fedorov, 36, of 7 Willow St. #311, was arrested on a warrant and charged with two counts of dissemination of obscene matter; at 9:57 p.m. Wednesday. He was summonsed into court Thursday where a plea of not guilty was entered on his behalf.Police said a woman reported a former coworker had left two obscene photos on her Facebook page on July 3. The first showed a couple in a sexual act and a caption asked the woman if she “liked this,” police said.Eight other pictures were photoshopped images taken from the woman’s Facebook page and showing the alleged victim and her boyfriend, police reported. Seven of them were photoshopped so the couples’ faces were distorted. The last photo added genitalia and captions to the couple’s photo.Police reported Fedorov said he was sorry and understood he would be held accountable when an officer asked about the photos.Essex Assistant District Attorney Brendan Kelley requested Fedorov stay away, not abuse and have no contact with the alleged victim, conditions that Judge Albert Conlon accepted. Fedorov is scheduled to return to court Aug. 21.
