LYNN ? Police are warning residents that officers will not tolerate any vandalism or trespassing in the King’s Lynne Apartment Complex after repeated acts of vandalism at the community’s pool.?The Lynn Police have stepped up their patrol in King’s Lynne and are working closely with management,” Lynn Police Lt. Rick Donnelly wrote in a press release. “All violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”A utility shed at the community pool was broken into and its contents thrown both in the pool and around the pool perimeter in mid-June, police said. Last weekend, vandals reportedly destroyed a wooden bench that had been secured to the pool deck with metal brackets. They then threw the bench into the pool. The vandals also destroyed pool equipment, ropes, lifeguard equipment, patio seats and lounge chairs and threw them into the pool, police said.Police arrested six young adults trespassing in the pool at approximately 3 a.m. July 9. None of the young adults ? ages 18 to 21 ? lived at the apartment complex, police said.
