Film crews from “Black Mass” are expected to be in Lynn Monday to film in and around the former Anthony’s Hawthorne restaurant.A spokesman for Charlestown Productions said the company plans to be film interior scenes at Oxford Street and Central Avenue, site of the former restaurant, between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m. July 21.The parking restrictions are to begin at 1 a.m. Monday and end at 11 p.m. on the same day. The specific no parking and traffic controls include:Closure of one lane on Oxford Street next to the former Hawthorne restaurant.Intermittent traffic control on the following streets:
Central Ave. from Munroe St. toward Olympia Sq.
Oxford St. from Willow toward Olympia Sq.
Washington from Olympia Sq. toward Oxford St.
Washington St from 517 Washington to Union St (5PM-8PM)
Parking restrictions for that day will be as follows:
No Parking Oxford St. from Willow St. to Central Ave-Both Sides
No Parking Central Ave. from #12 to Oxford St.-Both Sides
