Road reconstruction will begin on Monday on Wyman, Pleasant and Alley streets in Lynn.The work will take place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and residents and motorists are advised that traffic restrictions will take place during these times, according to a statement from the office of Mayor Judith Flanagan Kennedy.D & R Construction will be performing the work.
