Girl, 12, reported missing has been found

LYNN – A 12-year-old girl who became missing earlier this week has been found and is being questioned at the Lynn Police Station.
Chanel McClurkin, the girl’s mother, confirmed to The Daily Item that her daughter was found shortly before 1 p.m. Thursday.
The girl, identified as Aniyjha Rhoden, had last been seen on Franklin Street in Lynn walking towards Western Avenue Tuesday at about 8 p.m.
Lt. Rick Donnelly of the Lynn Police said the girl was found early this afternoon in the Highlands neighborhood of Lynn and taken to the police station, where she was being interviewed by investigators.
No one has been charged in connection with the girl’s disappearance.The Daily Item’s Cyrus Moulton is working on this story and will have more information as it becomes available.
