Matt Veiga of Lynn took home first place in the 5-mile Out and Back race Wednesday in the weekly Lynn Woods Summer Races. He ran a 29:29. Jim Pawlicki of Lynn was second (30:01) and Steven Trainor of Salem took third (30:17). Susan Collins of Rowley was the top female finisher (39:18).In the 2.2-mile Left on Goat Path race, Alex Bonitto of Lynn topped the field with a time of 12:52. Nicholas Hartmann of Swampscott took second (13:50) and Thomas Mackin of Lynn grabbed third (13:57).Danielle Desilets of Lynn was the top female finisher with a time of 19:15.
