Aided by a 7-run fourth inning, the Peabody Champions baseball team defeated the Kingston Night Owls 8-5 at Twi Field on Tuesday to tie the teams? North Shore Baseball League championship series at two games apiece.Game Five will be Thursday at Twi Field (7:30) and Game Six will be Friday at Twi Field (7:30).Yesterday, Mike Maroney threw a complete game (3 ER, 11 K). In the fourth, Brian Marshall hit a two-run single, and two batters later, Mark Shorey hit a three-run homer.Dave Ruggiero finished with three hits, a walk, a double, an RBI and a steal.Also yesterday, before Game Four, the teams finished up Game Three, which had been suspended the previous day with the score tied 11-11. The teams resumed yesterday in the top of the ninth, and Kingston scored a run en route to a 12-11 victory.
