Jaymie Caponigro has been on a tear to open the season for Swampscott, and Thursday night against Saugus was more of the same. The sister duo of Maeve Bostley and Alexis Bostley had strong performances at midfield.Danvers (2-1-1) had a solid performance from Amanda Backe (10 saves) in net.Peabody 2, Beverly 0At Beverly, the Peabody (3-0) defense held Beverly to only five shots while the Tanner offense peppered the Beverly net with 16. Emily Nelson scored in the first half for the Tanners with Caroline Colberts making it 2-0 with a second-half goal. Sarah Godschall, Katrina Silva, Macayla LaChance and Katherine Scacchi anchored a strong Peabody defense while Sydney Cooke and Adrianna Raneri were solid in the midfield.
