Bailey Fanikos gave Lynnfield (5-0) a 1-0 lead and Leigh Guerra made it 2-0 before Ipswich cut it in half. Fanikos scored with 15:57 left in the second half to give the Pioneers a little breathing room. She also had an assist, as did Stefania DeAngelis. Lauren Guerra and Alison Lyle played well on defense.
