Lynn Police search for bank robbery suspect

Police are asking the public for help identifying a suspect in two local bank robberies and an attempted robbery that occurred this year.The suspect is described as a white man between 40 and 50 years old and measuring between 5 feet 8 inches tall and 6 feet 2 inches tall, according to a Lynn Police press release.The suspect is sought in connection with robberies at the Eastern Bank on Market Street on Oct. 2 and on April 18. The man is also suspected of trying to rob the Century Bank at 2 State St. on Sept. 15.Police said the man has not shown a weapon in any of the incidents and made demands known by passing a note to a bank teller.Anyone with information is urged to contact Lynn Police at 781-595-2000.
