MARBLEHEAD ? Police are asking residents to check their cars after a rash of overnight break-ins reported Tuesday morning near the Village School.
?Please, if you have not already checked your vehicles, take a close look to see if any of your property has gone missing overnight,” Marblehead Police wrote in a message on the organization’s Facebook page. “If you think your car has been entered, if you can avoid touching anything, please contact us so we can come and investigate.”
Police said they received reports of car break-ins on Taft Street, Susan Road, Lincoln Avenue, Guernsey Street, Evans Road, and Litchman Terrace.
Police also asked that anybody who remembers hearing or seeing anything odd to please contact police.
?It’s possible you might have information that could assist with the investigations but just not realize it,” police wrote. “No piece of information is too small or trivial.”
