LYNN – A Saugus teen who police said videotaped an intoxicated 16-year-old girl being sexually assaulted and then distributed the videos via Snapchat, was held without bail following a dangerousness hearing in Lynn Juvenile Court Thursday.Timothy Cyckowski, 17, has been indicted by a grand jury and charged as a youthful offender with assault to rape, two counts; posing a child in the nude and kidnapping.Rashad Deihim, 19, and Kailyn Bonia, 18, both of Saugus, were each indicted for kidnapping, two counts of assault to rape, posing a child in a state of nudity and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older. They are scheduled to be arraigned on the charges today in Salem Superior Court. They remain held without bail pending trial following proceedings at the district court level. The teens are charged in connection with a Sept. 3 incident in which Cyckowski allegedly filmed Deihim and Bonia sexually assaulting an intoxicated teen. Cyckowski then allegedly distributed the videos via the mobile phone app Snapchat.A recipient of the video alerted her parents and was able to get Cyckowski to say he was behind the Waybright Elementary School in Saugus, police said.Police responding to the scene found the alleged victim half naked and so intoxicated she could barely stand up and could not talk. Officials said the alleged victim could have died had she not been found.Judge Michael Edgerton ordered Cyckowski held without bail at the request of the commonwealth.Cyckowski is scheduled to return to court Oct. 30. His father, Matthew Cyckowski, 37, remains free on personal recognizance after being charged with misleading police in connection with the case. The elder Cyckowski allegedly substituted his own cell phone for his son’s cell phone when giving the phone to the police as evidence.
