Vice President Joseph Biden will be in Lynn Wednesday to campaign for Sixth Congressional District candidate Seth Moulton in a Get Out The Vote rally at the Lynn YMCA. The vice president is expected to arrive at approximately 3:15 p.m.There will be YMCA members in attendance, including Amanda Mena, the singing sensation who won the “La Voz Kids” competition on the Telemundo network this summer. Mena will perform at the event, according to a Moulton spokesperson.Moulton, who unseated incumbent John Tierney in the primary, is locked in a tight race with Republican candidate Richard Tisei. Independent Chris Stockwell is also running.
