LYNN – The Lynn Department of Public Works will continue construction of milling on Peary Street and Magnolia Avenue on Thursday, weather permitting.D & R Contractors will be performing the work. Access to properties will be restricted during the construction phase. Parking restriction and interruption to traffic flow will occur at times. There will be no parking between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.If you have any questions or problems concerning this project, please call the Department of Public Works at 781-268-8000.
