GROVELAND, Fla. – A Boston man was arrested in Florida in connection with the August murder of a man on Grant Street in Lynn.Terrence Tyler, was arrested at his mother’s home in Groveland, Fla., on Tuesday night, according to a report in The Daily Commercial of Leesburg, Fla.Tyler was arrested in connection with the murder of Wilner Parisse, 32, according to Carrie Kimball-Monahan, a spokeswoman for Essex District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett.Police responded to Parisse’s Grant Street home on Aug. 16 and found him with a fatal gunshot wound to the torso.Rashad Shepherd, 25, of 9 McKinley Terrace #2, pleaded not guilty last week in Lynn District Court to murder in connection with Parisse’s death.Attorneys did not discuss details of the case in open court at Shepherd’s arraignment and agreed that Shepherd be held without bail pending trial.On the date a warrant for Shepherd was issued, a judge also allowed a motion to seal the police report, application for an arrest warrant and affidavit for a warrant.Judge Ellen Flatley ordered Shepherd held without bail without prejudice – meaning bail could be argued at a later date.Kimball-Monahan said the district attorney’s office is waiting to see if Shepherd will waive rendition and be brought to Massachusetts to be arraigned on the charge of murder.
