LYNNFIELD – The full house that packed Lynnfield’s spanking new athletic complex at the high school got quite a treat Friday night. Not only did the Pioneers steamroll Swampscott, 35-7, but senior quarterback Dan Sullivan put on a show, throwing for 237 yards. There are few things more exciting in football than a well-executed air game and that’s what Sullivan delivered. His favorite targets, Jon Knee and Cam Rondeau, made it look easy.Knee caught three Sullivan bombs, the first for 52 yards. The next two were even more impressive because they both went for touchdowns — a 57-yard reception and another for 65 yards. And, Rondeau reeled one in for 49 yards.”(Sullivan) has had a great year,” Lynnfield coach Neal Weidman said. “He’s been super accurate and he has a ton of football sense.”Sullivan, not surprisingly, was enjoying the night.”It was definitely a lot of fun out there tonight. They tried to shut down our running game and when teams do that it opens up the passing game,” Sullivan said. “Man-to-man, I like our match-ups out there.
