LYNN – George Markos feeds hundreds of people every day at Brothers Deli in Lynn, but he enjoys doing it on Thanksgiving Day more than any other.Markos, his family and his staff at Brothers provided a traditional holiday meal Thursday – free of charge – for the 21st consecutive year. More than 200 turkeys were cooked, along with all the fixings, for the several hundred people who took advantage of Markos’ hospitality and generosity.”It’s worth it because when you see the people that come through here and the faces? everybody’s so happy to be in one place, people became one big family,” he said. “I think it’s the best day of the year.”
