A judge ordered $50,000 cash bail for a Revere man who police said fired several gunshots during an argument over parking on Fenno Street early Friday morning.Jeffrey Moreno, 28, of 229 Fenno St., was arrested and charged with four counts of assault with a dangerous weapon; two counts of threats to commit a crime; unlawful possession of a firearm; unlawful possession of ammunition; discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building; and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, according to a press release from Suffolk District Attorney Daniel F. Conley.Moreno pleaded not guilty to the charges later Friday in Chelsea District Court.Revere Police reported responding at approximately 1:15 a.m. Friday to the area of Fenno Street for a report of shots fired. Two guests of a holiday party in the neighborhood said they had gotten into their vehicle and then were confronted by Moreno.Moreno allegedly got out of his Cadillac Escalade and ordered the alleged victims to move from a parking spot on the street near his house. Moreno then yelled at the victims in English and Spanish before getting a gun from his car and firing three shots into the air, Conley said. Moreno then allegedly went back to the alleged victims’ vehicle and yelled at them again before backing into his driveway and going inside his home.Conley said responding officers tried to contact Moreno inside the home but got no response. The North Metro SWAT (made up of Revere and Everett officers) subsequently came to the scene. The district attorney’s office said Moreno came outside and surrendered to police.Police reported finding a 9-millimeter Luger shell casing in the street in front of Moreno’s address and, after getting a search warrant, recovered the weapon alleged to be used in the incident. At the request of Suffolk Assistant District Attorney Stacey Pichardo, Chelsea District Court Judge Matthew Machera set $50,000 bail and ordered Moreno to stay away from victims and witnesses to the incident and to surrender all firearms and ammunition in the event that he is released on bail.Moreno is scheduled to return to court Dec. 22.
