SALEM – The at-large suspect in a Nov. 29 murder has been indicted and police are asking the public for help tracking the suspect down.Hector Radame Diaz Emiliano, 33, of Lowell, was indicted Monday by an Essex County Grand Jury on a charge of first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of Omar Ortiz Lopez, 35, of Lynn.Emiliano is also charged with carrying a firearm without a license, according to a press release from Essex District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett’s office.Emiliano, who is also known as Nelson J. Rodriguez Figueroa and Abismael Xxxgerena, allegedly shot Lopez in the head shortly after 1 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 29 outside the Harbor View Apartments at 80 Sagamore St.Emiliano is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and is considered armed and dangerous.Anyone with information as to his whereabouts is asked to contact Lynn Police at 781-595-2000.
