REVERE – Revere and State Police are asking for help investigating the fatal shooting of an 18-year-old Chelsea man early Friday morning on Garfield Avenue.Revere police responded to Garfield, a side street near North Shore Road, at 2 a.m. and found the man inside a vehicle.The Suffolk District Attorney’s office identified the victim at 4:15 p.m. Friday as Andres Jaramillo.Information on the shooting can be forwarded to the Suffolk County State Police Detective Unit, 617-727-8817 or Revere police detectives at 781-286-8340.
