SAUGUS – The Theatre Company of Saugus has announced the cast of its next show, a comedy by comedian and movie star Steve Martin, “The Underpants,” a hilarious farce adapted from a play by Carl Sternheim, originally written in 1910.Performances of “The Underpants” will be Feb. 27-28 and March 1, 6-7-8. Friday and Saturday evenings the show begins at 8 p.m., and Sunday afternoon matinées at are at 2.The venue is the Theatre Company of Saugus home at the East Saugus United Methodist Church, 85 Chestnut St., Saugus. Seating is cabaret style, with refreshments available.Tickets at the door are $18 for adults or $15 for seniors, students or children.If tickets are purchased in advance, then they are only $15 for adults or $12 for seniors, students or children.
