Moulton, Polito set to address Saugus chamber

SAUGUS – The Saugus Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual breakfast meeting Monday, with Congressman Seth Moulton, Lt. Gov. Karyn Polito and Boston 2024 CEO Richard Davey as speakers.The meeting is at the Saugus/Everett Elks on 401 Main St., and begins at 8 a.m.Sponsored by North Shore Bank, the annual meeting will include the election of officers.The speakers will discuss business-related issues on both the national and regional levels.Davey, who also serves as chair of the private effort to secure Boston’s bid for the 2024 Summer Olympics, will also discuss how the town and its businesses can benefit from the games.The meeting is open to both Saugus Chamber members and non-members. The cost is $25 for members and $30 for nonmembers and will include a full breakfast provided by Iron Town Diner of Saugus.Reservations are required. Tickets are only available online at www.sauguschamberofcommerce.com/events. Tickets will not be sold at the door.”We are honored to have three of the Commonwealth’s up-and-coming leaders accept our invitation to join us,” said vice chair John Smolinsky.”They will bring an insight into future initiatives and the impact on the business community.”We look forward to their remarks and welcome all Chamber members, area residents and guests to join us.”
