The arraignment of a Salem man charged with murdering a Revere veteran in 2012 has been rescheduled to Thursday morning in Boston.Peter Castillo, 26, of Salem, is scheduled to be arraigned in Suffolk Superior Court on charges of first-degree murder and unlawful possession of a firearm in connection with the 2012 death of Stephen Perez Jr., according to Suffolk District Attorney Daniel F. Conley.Perez, 22, a Revere resident and veteran of the U.S. Army, was fatally shot in a parking garage at 290 Tremont St. in Boston just before 2 a.m. on April 28, 2012. A grand jury has also indicted Lynn residents Luis Sepelveda, 30, and Janice Hardy, 24, for perjury and misleading an investigator in connection with the alleged crime. Both of those cases are pending in Suffolk Superior Court.The arraignment was originally scheduled for Tuesday, but was rescheduled due to an attorney conflict.
